As an Ecosystem Marketing Specialist at IBM, you will play a crucial role in driving demand for our products and solutions through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute marketing plans that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Know the Partners: Develop a deep understanding of our business partners, their customers, and market trends to drive demand for IBM solutions and grow our mindshare within the ecosystem.
  • Know the IBM Solutions: Stay up-to-date on IBM products and solutions aligned to your coverage area to drive a go-to-market strategy with the ecosystem.
  • Market with Partners: Collaborate with Channel Sales and Field Marketing teams to influence partner marketing investments and land demand gen marketing tactics with business partners to drive business results.
  • Develop a Quarterly Plan: Deliver year-to-year growth in Business Partner Opportunity Identification through Co-Marketing and enablement programs for a dedicated partner set and/or brand.
  • Drive Partner Utilization: Provide partners with current and applicable assets and marketing planning assistance to drive partner utilization of Co-Marketing programs.
  • Deliver Business Results: Meet business unit channel pipeline and revenue objectives annually and quarterly, including reviews to executive worldwide and geo stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Managing budgets and leading complex, high-tech marketing strategy and demand generation initiatives through modern marketing tactics.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical and growth mindset with strong relationship skills, written and verbal communications skills, executive presentation skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Program Management: Strong program management experience with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agile marketing environment.
