Pediatric Speech Therapist

Overview:

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children aged 0-3 and their families, and will be committed to delivering high-quality, parent-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Provide skilled speech therapy services to children in their homes, with a focus on parent education and empowerment
• Collaborate with community center boards and public schools to ensure continuity of care and services
• Document and maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records
• Comply with state regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Graduate from an ASHA-accredited Speech Therapy program
• Current State Speech Therapist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Current CPR certification
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
