Job Description
The Back-End Architect (BEA) is responsible for designing and implementing technical architectures for web solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
The BEA will be responsible for gathering and documenting user and business requirements, mapping them to technical solutions, and estimating development tasks. They will also ensure concise and clear documentation is maintained by peers, following company guidelines and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting user and business requirements.
- MAPPING REQUIREMENTS TO TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS AND ESTIMATING DEVELOPMENT TASKS.
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reviewing and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Managing software release activities.
- Troubleshooting complex issues.
- Establishing and maintaining continuous integration platforms.
- Overseeing deployment and source code management activities.
- Developing training programs for technical staff.
- Participating in company-wide initiatives and activities.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues.
Management Responsibilities
- Owning initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies.
