">The People and Culture Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing team members within an HR department. This role also supports the department manager and leads a team of employees. The specialist should be well-versed in the specific HR practice areas relevant to their responsibilities.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.">
- Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve goals; provide training, guidance, performance reviews, and support hiring efforts.">
- Generate and analyze team reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and ensure data integrity.">

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).">
