Job Responsibilities

• Handle first-responder duties for support and alerts, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Ticket work such as provisioning, configuration, DDL, and DML, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Provide support for the Queue and Streaming team in various efforts aimed at delivering cost reductions, leveraging your expertise in MongoDB and cloud solutions.
• Migrate to AMQ (Amazon Messaging Queue), ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Decommission AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances, optimizing resource utilization and reducing costs.
• Resizing of clusters, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Consolidate QA processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working with MongoDB, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
• MongoDB Atlas Experience, with knowledge of its deployment and management.
• Terraform, with expertise in infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Upper intermediate English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Python scripting skills, with experience in automating tasks and workflows.
