Head Coach (Store Manager) Job Description

At ASICS, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to lead our retail team in Castle Rock, CO. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales floor activities, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets.
  • Coach team members on sales strategy, product presentation, and customer service.
  • Recruit and train new talent to meet store coverage and demographic needs.
  • Manage employee performance, including performance reviews and HR policy enforcement.
  • Interact with all levels of the organization, including employees and outside vendors.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' retail management experience, preferably in the sporting or athletic industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic principles and processes for providing excellent service.
