Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Experience Manager to oversee our client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role involves managing existing clients, setting up and monitoring price experiments, analyzing results, and providing timely feedback. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge of ReactJS/NextJS, and experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support existing clients to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze price experiments, providing insightful feedback to clients.
  • Communicate experiment results to high-value clients through email, including screenshots.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting clients with integrating code into their codebase (ReactJS/NextJS).
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, experiment progress, and technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English, preferably near-native or bilingual proficiency.
  • Familiarity with ReactJS/NextJS is highly preferred due to onboarding requirements.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in using customer support platforms.
