This position is responsible for optimal reimbursement, proper documentation/diagnosis to justify skilled service and reimbursement requests. Skilled Nursing experience is desired.
Position Overview:- The Care Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of standards of nursing practice and objectives as it relates to Minimum Data Set requirements and with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- The Care Manager is responsible for optimal reimbursement, proper documentation/diagnoses to justify the reason for a skilled service and reimbursement request.
