The Position
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, working closely with our incredible product teams to build and deliver products to our clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical and project teams, documenting current and future state processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- 4+ years of professional experience with Workday systems and integration points to extract and analyze data requirements
- Advanced English is required
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
- Understanding of integration technologies and data flows in enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge in translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Support the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that solutions align with business goals, compliance, and organizational strategies
