Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and current team members
- Collaborate with CSO Managers to refine the training curriculum
- Stay informed about changes in the immigration process and update training materials accordingly
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide feedback and guidance to direct supervisors
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills, world-class customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Proven experience in training or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with legal terminology and case types.
