**About the Role**
The Salesforce Solution Consultant will play a key part in driving solution architecture in sales pursuits, serving as a trusted client advisor and ensuring consistent delivery for clients in the Salesforce space. As a subject matter expert in Salesforce solutions, you will be responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Interview client stakeholders to understand their business problems and translate them into solution requirements.
- Guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce projects.
**Ideal Candidate:**
You have 7+ years of CRM industry experience and minimum 4 years of Salesforce platform experience. You possess excellent client-facing, written and oral communications skills, and strength in business analysis to uncover business processes and procedures. Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire are highly valued.
