Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Safety Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Distribution Department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to department staff on HSE best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions to minimize incidents and injuries.
  • Incorporate essential safety requirements into all purchasing and contracting actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, preferably in a senior safety role.
  • Deep knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental, and/or international standards.
