Job Description

The Director of Customer Experience Innovation will be responsible for designing and executing major research studies that follow best practices and methodologies. This role will involve partnering with business function owners and stakeholders to prioritize research budget and identify areas where customer research can provide greater insight.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of insights/customer research experience at a large multinational company. They should possess strong influencing skills, able to drive change in how the organization operates, and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of major research studies
  • Partner with business function owners and stakeholders to prioritize research budget
  • Identify or develop immersive and interactive methods for helping stakeholders understand customer needs

Location

This role is located in the United Kingdom, with flexibility to work from home or in one of our office locations in South East England. The company is open to considering candidates from Colombia Bogota as well.
