Hyatt Regency Cartagena offers a highly sought-after Corporate Management Training program, providing aspiring professionals with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations and begin a fast-paced career with Hyatt Hotels.
**Job Summary**
This 12-month program allows participants to work closely with their hotel leader mentor, manage projects aligned with business goals, and receive exposure to our Regional Corporate Office. Successful completion of the program leads to promotion into a management position.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Complete a 12-month training program in finance
2. Work under the guidance and support of a hotel leader mentor
3. Manage a project focused on business objectives
4. Gain exposure to our regional corporate office
**Requirements**
To be eligible for this program, candidates must possess a 4-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Finance, be bilingual, hold continuous work authorization in Colombia, and have at least 9 months of hospitality or finance experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
