We are looking for a talented Distribution Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Acronis International GmbH. As a member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve the distribution sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of total channel sales/development/account management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and fluency in Spanish and English are essential. A good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications, preferably Salesforce, is also required.
