About the Role

This is a remote position that requires proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support capturing business requirements and analyzing data to communicate to technical team members.
  • Work with project and service request teams to properly capture and document data related project scope.
  • Perform data analysis as part of scope validation.
  • Create or update business requirements documentation.
  • Create process and data flow diagrams for data movement capture.
  • Work with assigned Data Architects or development team members related to data questions.
  • Support functional testing and performance testing.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience communicating and collaborating with business and technical users.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
