We are seeking a talented Junior Web Developer with expertise in Figma and Webflow to join our team at Adoreal. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly websites using Webflow, ensuring they are optimized for performance.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow, adhering to best practices for performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search rankings, driving business growth and success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality, performance, or user experience, ensuring a smooth user journey.
- Support the design and development team in delivering projects on time and with high-quality standards, aligning with Adoreal's values of teamwork, punctuality, and aesthetic excellence.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma and Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Familiarity with responsive design practices and web development fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to web design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication skills, with fluency in English.
