**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As an L1 support engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations through proactive monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the implementation and operation of defined controls and recommendations.
  • Support all Project & Operations as Level 1 support.
  • Initial troubleshooting skills for OS/applications/Interfaces /DBs.
  • Vendor coordination skills, Monitoring & Reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in production support.
  • BE/ B.Tech/BCA/MCA/ ME/M.Tech /B.Sc./M.Sc. degree from a reputed University.
  • Basic knowledge or working on windows and unix platforms.
  • Good understanding of commands in Linux.
  • Knowledge on scripting languages (e.g. bash shell scripting, Perl, etc).
