We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring all project aspects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Job Description:
  1. Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching and discipline to employees as needed.
  2. Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
  3. Retail staff by fostering a reliable work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
  4. Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
  5. Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  6. Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
  2. Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  5. Good English level, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
  6. Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
