Job Title: Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective test strategies.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their lifecycle.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Monitor debugging process results and investigate the causes of non-conforming software.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation.
  • Proven experience in QA automation using Selenium, TestComplete, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • A solid understanding of SQL and scripting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying bugs and inconsistencies.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience with API testing.
