**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and methods, with a proven track record of improving manufacturing processes and optimizing operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing capacities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational scrolls
- Reviewing and analyzing engineering proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements
- Providing expertise on ergonomic issues and developing strategies to mitigate them
**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Calculating BWS (budget work standards) and developing studies for new models
- Developing operational scrolls for new models
- Reviewing engineering proposals for future models to calculate manpower requirements and manufacturing cost
- Analyzing and estimating manpower impact for special studies requested by VPE
- Tracking CCD's and incorporating them into adjusted targets for HPV
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering and methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
