Procurement Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Associate to join our Enterprise Business Solutions team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business partners and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sourcing and contracting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and manage procurement requests, providing guidance and support to requesters and business partners.
• Coordinate with sourcing and contracting teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of procurement processes.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality control measures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software.
