We're looking for a Sourcer Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and a team player with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and with marked attention to details.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the sourcing process, including publications on portals, headhunting, and CV filtering.
- Understand the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to these needs.
