Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Renewal Integration Specialist to join our team in Colombia. As an integral part of our SpendHound platform, you will oversee the customer integration process, ensuring seamless setup and handoff between Sales and Customer Success teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer integration process to guarantee correct data source setup and successful platform completion
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new customers post-handoff from sales
  • Schedule and lead new customer integration and onboarding calls
  • Provide SpendHound guides and lead live walkthroughs on key integrations
  • Collaborate with Product team to troubleshoot integration issues
  • Handoff customers to Customer Success team following successful integration
  • Optimize integration process for reduced customer setup time
  • Improve customer experience through integration guide creation

Requirements

  • 1+ year of client-facing experience working with mid-sized or enterprise customers (English-speaking preferred)
  • C1+ Level English proficiency
  • Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Experience managing multiple processes simultaneously
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
