What You'll Bring:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English (C1-C2) with the ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and professionalism.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in technical business analysis, project management, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and the unique dynamics of startup ecosystems, with the ability to provide expert support tailored to the fast-paced, evolving nature of these businesses.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly assess challenges, identify root causes, and design custom, creative solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced ability to comprehend intricate technical environments, systems, and network architectures, with the skill to translate this understanding into actionable solutions and technical recommendations.
  • Client Focus: Strong ability to deliver exceptional, personalized support that goes beyond expectations, anticipating client needs and addressing them proactively.
