- Fluent English, other language skills desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS analysis, with a strong understanding of supply chain finance.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with audit processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI, CO, MM modules preferred), Microsoft tools, and Blackline.
- Experience leading or supervising teams, with the ability to coach and develop direct reports or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a Commercial Accounting department desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, with the ability to drive efficiencies and optimize reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.
