About the Role

Lhr Américas is seeking a highly skilled Foreman Multicraft to supervise a multi-craft crew performing repairs or maintenance in Drilling Equipment Maintenance Division (DEMD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily maintenance activities in maintenance shops in DEMD.
  • Perform all managerial functions common to the organization level, including personnel actions, training, and development of staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management standards such as API spec Q1/Q2 or ISO 9001.
  • Supervise the hands-on work execution of a craft crew of off-assigned craftsmen who perform large, complex jobs and emergency work.
  • Schedule instrument men, electricians, machinists, and metal mechanics to assigned work locations.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in mechanics/machinist.
  • 12+ years of experience in handling facilities within Oil /Gas or in Utility Organizations, preferably field experience.
  • Recognized machinist /mechanic advanced competency certification.
  • Proficient in one of the critical crafts; mechanical, instrumentation, and metals.
Benefits
  • Monthly Base Salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
  • Monthly Overbase - 25% of monthly base salary.
  • Benefits Supplement - 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
  • Severance Package (2-year vest period) - 2 week's pay for each year of service, increasing to 4 week's pay after 6 years.
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) - maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay with a cap, 20% share discount.
  • Incentive Plan - annual, based on performance, approx. 1.8x monthly base salary.
  • Travel Allowance - annual, approx. $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia, and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
  • Vacation & Paid Holidays - 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
  • Medical/Dental Plan - complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members.
  • Education Assistance Plan (EAP) - out of Kingdom Assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets.
  • Settling in Allowance - one-time payment, 100% of monthly base salary for family status, and 60% for single/bachelor status.
