We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and engineering principles, with experience in the renewable energy industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and operational instructions. This will involve developing and implementing Quality Management Plans and Coordination Procedures for contracts, monitoring and validating Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and supervising Non-Conformity (NC) resolution.
In addition, the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for gathering and implementing Lessons Learned, collecting and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting Quality Meetings to assess NCs, QCPs, and KPIs, and performing Supplier and Contractor audits (II Party Audits) to verify Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.
The role also involves supporting HSEQ audits (I and III Party), managing documentation within Document Management Systems (DMS), and ensuring smooth Provisional and Final Handover to O&M. Furthermore, the successful candidate will promote Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- QMS certification and knowledge;
- 5+ years in Renewable Construction Industry (Quality, Construction, or Engineering Department);
- Fluent English (Spanish and/or Italian preferred);
- Valid driver's license;
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, DMS.
