Bankruptcy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Paralegal to provide essential support to attorneys specializing in bankruptcy law at RecLatam. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zoho CRM and Best Case Legal software, possess strong data entry skills, and have a deep understanding of bankruptcy codes.

1. Assist attorneys in all stages of bankruptcy cases, including preparation, filing, and follow-up.
2. Manage case files, client communications, and deadlines using Zoho CRM and Best Case Legal software.
3. Conduct intake interviews with clients and gather necessary information for bankruptcy filings.
4. Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other legal documents accurately and timely.
5. Perform legal research on bankruptcy laws, regulations, and procedures.
6. Coordinate with clients, creditors, and court personnel to ensure compliance with all requirements.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
2. Previous experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal or similar role.
3. Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Best Case Legal software preferred.
4. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Knowledge of bankruptcy codes, rules, and procedures.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Law Degree from their home country is a must.
