Job Description
We're looking for a creative and experienced Digital Content Strategist to develop and implement content strategies across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content, excellent writing skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Develop high-quality, strategic content for various businesses across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business.
- Sources images for posts and creates supplemental graphics as needed.
- Edit Reels/TikToks and set up, manage, and report on paid campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
- Pull analytics and stats for client reports and provide counsel based on social media data.
- Identify new social platforms for clients and advise on expanding to new platforms, staying connected with current trends and themes to ensure clients remain relevant in their industries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for business, with agency experience and/or hospitality/travel/tourism industry experience being a plus.
- A passion for creating fun and engaging content on social media, impeccable grammar, and knowledge of AP writing style.
- Knowledge and experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, as well as experience in multiple email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, etc.
- An eye for appropriate content for social media and other campaigns.
- A natural talent for writing creative, unique, and professional copy, understanding different tones in content across platforms and industries based on each client's brand.
- Creative thinking, yet detail-oriented with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- The ability to be productive in a remote work environment and open communication within a fully remote team.
- A confident and positive personality, always excited to learn and grow.
