We are seeking an Italian-speaking reactivation sales agent to join our team in Malta.

About the Job:

We are a team of experts in player reactivation, and we use our custom-made tech, the (Re)Activation Cloud, to communicate with players worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands
  • Providing personalized recommendations to reactivate inactive players and increase their engagement and retention
  • Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods to enhance the gaming experience
  • Collaborating with the sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets
What You Bring:
  • You must be a native Italian speaker with a conversational level of English
  • You should have exposure to the online sports betting and gambling industry and be eager to learn and grow
  • You should be confident and comfortable engaging in conversations over the phone
  • You should have a competitive spirit and drive to achieve success
