About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong understanding of PPC, CPA, CPC, and ROAS metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience with keyword research and audience targeting, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through Google Ads
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Strategically allocate ad budgets to maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research and develop ad group structures
  • Write compelling ad copy and design high-performing creatives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools
  • Run A/B tests and implement continuous improvements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Report on KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Stay up to date with the latest in PPC trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CPA, CPC, and ROAS metrics
  • Experience with keyword research and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads platforms
  • Advanced/fluent English skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
