Loan Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Officer to join our team at NewRez LLC. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

• Originate and process mortgage loans, including gathering and verifying loan applications, credit reports, and other documentation.
• Conduct loan interviews and provide loan options to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of the loan.
• Work closely with customers to resolve any loan-related issues or concerns.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Active state MLO license in each state where business is conducted.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software.
• Solid knowledge of state and local real estate markets.

• Experience in mortgage underwriting, processing, or sales.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other government-backed loan programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
