This role will be responsible for executing value creation strategies and continually supporting our clients' growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics and clients' critical business issues, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FinTech vertical and develop client relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Owning and having accountability for client strategy, and working in conjunction with internal subject matter experts.
  • Drive commercial agenda, work collaboratively with teams to provide a comprehensive view of TU's value proposition.
  • Mentor other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field with 6 or more years of management/leadership experience in Sales/Strategy.
  • Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advise, and communicate with FinTech sector heads demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility, and sound judgment.
  • Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client engagements to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
