Expertise Activation

As an expert in our platform, you will act as a consultant for our clients, matching their needs with our tools. This will make you a crucial part of driving platform adoption across various segments of our clients.

Client Engagement and Support

  • Client training;
  • Client support;
  • Business data analysis;
  • Engage with clients at corporate events;
  • Launch configurations and checklist;

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will collaborate with account managers, sales, and marketing teams to align activities with overall business objectives. You will also act as a point of contact with the product and product marketing teams, ensuring they receive important client feedback and guaranteeing GTM teams are updated on the latest product enhancements and changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success agent;
  • Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model, going three days in the office;
  • Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+);
  • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships within the industry;
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and selling techniques;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies;
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to achieving goals;
