Financial Transactions Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data. You will also be responsible for all other daily accounting tasks as requested by the management team.

Knowledge in bank transactions process to reconcile payments collected versus bank account; and payments collected versus credit card processors is essential. You will reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Maintaining an organized filing system for electronic invoices is crucial. You will have general knowledge of sales tax laws and monthly/yearly withholding taxes reporting required. Good accounting knowledge, including debits, credits, and G/L account structures is also required.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. You will be able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

You will be responsible and trustworthy with confidential information. You will be able to recognize problems and efficiently use available resources to find a solution. You will be able to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people and across organizational boundaries.

You will be able to keep commitments and deliver under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Knowledge of corporate structure and individual department functions is also preferred.
