Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to onboard new customers, including users' set-ups, configurations, and technical onboarding.
- Documentation: Document knowledge and educate colleagues and teammates on technical cases, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and latest features and functionality, ensuring expertise in our solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience providing technical support or being part of an implementation team.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a high level of detail orientation. Excellent written and verbal client communication skills, with a good level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL background, with willingness to work outside of business hours from time to time.
Nice to Have:
- Linux Systems: Knowledge in Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
- SAAS Environment: Experience with supporting an analytic product in a SAAS environment.
- ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL processes.
