Job Description

The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth by ensuring customers derive maximum value from Hyland's products and services. This position owns the customer journey post-implementation, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to promote product adoption and stability, reduce risk, and create opportunities for customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive retention, growth, and ROI among assigned customer groups by understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer experiences, including developing ROI models and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, serving as an advocate and advisor to help them achieve their business goals and address any concerns or issues.
  • Effectively partner with internal resources to support customers' needs, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Create conditions for successful renewal and expansion of existing business by delivering exceptional customer relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with customers not achieving their stated business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer advocacy roles, managing or participating in projects, and selling or delivering IT products/services.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain solid rapport with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, based on national averages and industry standards. Note that compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
