We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality leads.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation plans to build a pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads.
- Monitor and analyze data and insights from key platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand generation efforts and business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation (5+ years preferred).
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (major plus) and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
