- Security Awareness and Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote security awareness across key stakeholders, departments, and relevant staff.
- Security Documentation: Help create, enhance, and maintain documentation related to cloud security architecture, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Security Metrics: Create and maintain security metrics for the cloud-based infrastructures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
- Professional Certifications: Professional certifications in cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer).
- Cloud Computing Platforms: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Cloud-Based Security Technologies: Experience with cloud-based security technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption).
- Security Frameworks and Standards: Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, CIAQ v4).
- Communication Skills: Must have the ability to communicate across all cultures since TTEC is an international company.
- Teamwork and Analytical Skills: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security.
