About the Role

The Bid Coordinator is an integral part of our growing Global Pre-Sales team, playing a major role in improving and expanding on existing responses to our suite of KYX platforms. This role focuses on completing information requests globally, providing technical and functional write-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best responses for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs
  • Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to our sales team
  • Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new products

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient skills in Spanish
  • 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
