Aon Hewitt is seeking a Senior Financial Lines Broker to support the administration and portfolio development of financial lines policies for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration of financial lines policies for financial institutions, including BBB, IRF, D&O, FIPI, E&O
  • Perform market reserving and prepare all technical information for underwriters
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurers and support in the renewal of the current portfolio
  • Manage new business opportunities, prepare spreadsheets for income determination, and handle existing portfolio movements
  • Follow up on endorsements, subjectivities, and compliance with established indicators

This role requires strong technical knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and general insurance lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in an insurance or reinsurance broker or insurance company, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
