Role OverviewWe're seeking a Consumer Insights Specialist to join our research team. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on market trends, competition, and consumer satisfaction. Your findings will inform product development, marketing strategies, sales projections, and service improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to identify research opportunities that address key business challenges.
- Develop and prioritize a research backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Design and execute end-to-end research projects with various objectives within the marketing organization.
- Build relationships with product teams and other marketing teams to ensure collaboration and buy-in.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, as well as experimentation techniques.
- Desirable experience in product and services companies.
- English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis.
- Knowledge of decision-making models.
- Solid experience with ad-hoc research.
