We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of automation solutions in Global Finance & Risk Technology.
About the Role
- Lead and oversee the implementation of automation solutions to ensure business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create and implement detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.
- Monitor debugging process results and define correction actions.
- Track quality assurance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
About You
- You have advanced level English language skills (B2).
- You have expertise in SQL, JAVA, Craft, OATS, Selenium, and automated testing tools.
- You have proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance.
- You have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- You have experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- You have hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- You have solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- You have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- You have demonstrable, practical hands-on experience with using HP ALM / JIRA.
