Lean Tech, a leading company in the software development and IT services sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its team in Medellín, Colombia.
As a Senior Project Manager at Lean Tech, you will play a crucial role in managing high-volume tasks for multi-channel sponsorships, setting project goals and milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. Your strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills will be essential in handling long-term planning schedules, developing project budgets, and establishing actionable success metrics.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including editorial, advertising sales and operations, consumer marketing, design, engineering, data, and finance, to drive project success. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, you will bring exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a customer-focused mindset to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Services team to outline deliverables, prioritize tasks, and set project goals and milestones.
- Manage long-term planning schedules, identify resource requirements, and handle potential gaps.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including freelance or consulting resource expenditures.
- Ensure all project deadlines are met on time and provide regular updates to responsible teams.
- Establish actionable success metrics and provide status reports to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within publishing, advertising, marketing, or media agencies.
- Product Management experience with strong project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong spreadsheet skills with proficiency in numerical, finance, and reporting tasks.
- Ability to oversee multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to proactively identify and manage project risks. A strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, as well as RACI methodology, is also essential. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
