This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects and maintenance tasks related to registration, security, and control within our Platform Operations team.

  • Administer the Infobip senders database with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process customer sender registration requests and register them directly with MNOs/suppliers.
  • Provide traffic security through content restrictions and template registration.
  • Specialize in region-specific or product-based registration processes.
  • Order numbers (VLN/SC) and set up communication between customers and end users.
  • Register OTT traffic for popular messaging apps and IoT services.
  • Maintain detailed records and files to document actions and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with defined processes.
  • Deliver great customer experience and maintain awareness of end-user needs.
Continuous Development
  • Participate in Continuing Education sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Stay updated on technical processes and tool functionalities related to sender registrations.
Requirements
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Back Office, Customer Support, or Call Center roles (a plus).
  • Detailed-oriented and organized individual.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Portuguese proficiency is a plus.

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
