About the Role

As a highly experienced Lead Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial operations forward. Reporting to our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for completing various financial tasks on a timely basis and providing key insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all financial reporting by the 7th of every month
  • Assist in making key financial decisions and provide input on financial strategies
  • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
  • Manage financial documentation using Google Workspaces and Microsoft platforms
  • Ensure timely completion of all month-end financial processes
About You

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspaces, and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a senior accounting role is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
