Network Systems Manager

Zero Motorcycles, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. As an IT System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT Helpdesk needs, routine network system setup, and maintenance. You will assist the IT Manager with developing, implementing, and administering critical information systems and information technology assets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4+ years IT experience supporting and operating Windows domain-based networks.
- Background in systems administration and phone service support.
- Experience managing enterprise applications systems: INTUITIVE ERP, Salesforce.com, Oracle's Agile Product Lifecycle Management.
