As we continue to grow, we need a seasoned recruiter who can take ownership of our hiring process and ensure that we attract the best candidates for our engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting phone and video interviews using Zoom
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and posting ads on job boards
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including current and former employees, partners, and vendors
- Communicating effectively with all parties involved in the hiring process
Requirements:
- At least four years of experience within talent acquisition as an in-house corporate recruiter
- Proven track record of hiring end-to-end across Corporate, Tech, and GTM
- Technical recruiting experience, including leading coding interviews
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships throughout the hiring process
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
