  • Deliver product training programs according to designated materials and schedules.
  • Facilitate and support the training program and diverse training initiatives.
  • Act promptly when modifications to training materials or programs are needed, providing necessary feedback to the Learning Manager.
  • Participate in the creation, design, and implementation of training materials, agendas, etc.
  • Foster a positive learning environment to promote high morale among new trainees.
  • Assess the readiness of associates and trainees for job functions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company-specific policies, procedures, systems, and products.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement processes within the business and for our clients.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Learning Experience Manager, including but not limited to training new employees, ongoing training, training reports, operational support, queue time, and site-level training.
